| 1 | Spanish onion - cut into chunks (large) | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Canola oil |
| 3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Mixed scraps of pastrami, corned beef, |
| Salami, franks, etc. - cut into 1/2" pieces |
In a large saute pan, heat the oil. Add the onions and the garlic, stirring to coat with the oil. Add the potatoes and the meat. Saute until brown and hot.
