Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlChopped onion
1 lb 454g / 16ozPea or pinto beans
1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
3 cups 711mlBeef broth
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped carrots
  Pepper
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped celery
6 oz 170gSmall tubular macaroni
2 oz 56gPork chops or substitu (small)
2 tablespoons 30mlParmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Sauteeonions; add celery, carrots, and pork. Add tomatoes and cook for 20minutes.

Add precooked beans and cook for 5 minutes, then add broth and bring to a boil. To thicken, scoop out 1/2 of the beans and put in a food processor. Adjust liquid and macaroni. Cook until ready and add cheese at last minute.
