6   Eggs beaten
1   Bean sprouts - (16 oz) - drained
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced onions
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1 cup 237mlCooked shrimp
  Oil - for frying
  Soy sauce - for serving

Recipe Instructions

Combine eggs, bean sprouts, onion, salt, pepper and seafood. Fry in small amounts of oil like pancakes. Serve with soy sauce.
