Shrimp Scampi II Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Pre-cooked peeled deveined shrimp |
= (any size, but large preferred) | ||
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Melted butter |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried parsley |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Grated parmesan - (canned or fresh) |
Defrost shrimp if frozen. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spread shrimp in a baking dish. Toss with butter mixture. Bake uncovered until warmed.
This recipe yields 4 servings; 3 carb grams per serving.
