Pepper-Cheese Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onions
1 cup 237mlSweet peppers in 1" pieces
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozShredded cheddar cheese
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCubed cooked chicken
3/4 cup 177mlSour cream
1   Marjoram
1   Paprika
1   Thyme
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Heat the oil in heavy skillet until hot but not smoking. Saute onions and peppers until soft.

Lower heat. Stir in cooked chicken, sour cream, marjoram, thyme. Heat a few minutes to blend. Do not boil.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted and combined well. Serve with a pinch of paprika.
