Herbed Salmon Recipe - Cooking Index
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Olive oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | White wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-minced fresh rosemary |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
4 | Salmon fillets - (abt 6 oz ea) | |
6 | Lemon wedges |
In shallow glass baking dish, combine first five ingredients and mix well. Place salmon in baking dish, skin up, and turn to coat: cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat grill. Remove salmon from marinade and place fillets in center of grill. Cook 7 to 8 minutes each side, until fish is opaque throughout. Garnish with lemon wedges.
