Great Meatloaf Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground chuck |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Pork rinds |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy cream |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Shredded cheese |
| Salt - to taste |
Crunch the pork rinds up into crumbs. Put the meat in a microwave-safe baking dish. Add the pork rind crumbs, cream, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and cheese.
Add salt to taste. Stir until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly and shape into a loaf. Put into microwave and cook for 14 minutes (or until internal temp rises to 150 degrees).
This recipe yields 4 servings.
