Glazed Ham Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Whole boneless cooked ham |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry white wine |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brandy |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Splenda |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the ham in a casserole dish and pour on the wine and water. Melt butter in microwave, add brandy and Splenda. Pour on the ham and place in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes, basting frequently with the pan liquids.
When the surface is crisp and golden, remove and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot or cold.
This recipe yields 4 servings; 1 carb gram per serving.
