Crockpot Carnitas Recipe - Cooking Index
To serve, pile the hot meat on a plate. Serve low carb tortillas, and choose your favorites from; chopped tomatoes, diced onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce and fresh cilantro.

Place roast, chopped garlic cloves in crock pot with jalapeño peppers and the chopped bunch of cilantro. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Pour in beer.
Cook on high 4 to 6 hours until fork tender. Remove meat; shred.
