Cajun Pork Roast Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Boneless single loin pork roast |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oregano |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
Combine all seasonings and rub well over all surfaces of roast.
Place roast in shallow pan and roast in 350 degree oven for about an hour, until internal temperature is 155 to 160 degrees.
Remove from oven, let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
This recipe yields 6 servings; 4 carb grams per serving.
