Cajun Pork Chops II

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons 10mlOnion powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground black pepper
8   Pork rib or loin chops, 1 1/4" thick

Recipe Instructions

Combine onion powder and peppers and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Rub both sides of the chops with pepper mixture.

Grill chops on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 25 to 35 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once.

This recipe yields 4 servings; 2 carb grams per serving.
