Lobster Almondine Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cooked lobster meat |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Slivered blanched almonds |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Melted butter |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt - (optional) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped pimiento |
1 | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Cut lobster meat into 1-inch pieces.
Saute almonds in butter until lightly browned. Remove almonds.
Add lobster. Saute until lightly browned. Add seasonings and almonds. Stir to mix well. Serve at once.
This recipe yields 4 servings; 7 carb grams per serving.
