1 | Frozen spinach - (10 oz) - thawed | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Atkins Bread Crumbs |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Prepared pesto |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cream |
1 | Garlic clove - pressed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine turkey and spinach until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Transfer mixture to a loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until an instant read thermometer inserted in center registers 160 degrees. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
