Spicy Chicken Legs Recipe - Cooking Index

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried thyme |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried cumin |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground nutmeg |
6 | Chicken legs with thighs - rinsed, patted dry |
In a small bowl, mix oil and spices. Rub chicken legs with spice mixture; arrange on a baking sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through.
