Turkey Club With Watercress And Tomato Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped fresh basil |

8 | Atkins white bread - lightly toasted | |
1 1/4 lbs | 567g / 20oz | Sliced turkey breast |
1 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Watercress leaves |
12 | Bacon - cooked until crisp | |
2 | Plum tomatoes - thinly sliced |
Mix mayonnaise with basil. Spread on bread slices.
Top 4 bread slices with a quarter of the turkey, a quarter of the watercress, three slices bacon and a quarter of the tomato slices. Top with remaining four slices bread. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal.
