Reuben Sandwich Recipe - Cooking Index
Substitute sauerkraut for coleslaw and French for Russian dressing as you desire.

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - softened |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Coleslaw |
12 | Corned beef - (abt 1/2 lb) | |
4 | Jarlsburg cheese - (abt 1/4 lb) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Russian dressing |
Butter each slice of bread.
For each sandwich: On unbuttered side of bread spread 2 tablespoons coleslaw, 3 slices corned beef, 1 slice cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons dressing. Place second slice of bread, butter-side up, on dressing. Repeat to make total of 4 sandwiches.
On griddle, cook sandwiches, tented with foil, 6 minutes, turning once, until toasted golden. Serve hot.
