Mackerel Fillets With Mustard-Rosemary Mayonnaise

4   Mackerel fillets - (8 to 10 oz ea)
  = (or bluefish fillets)
2   Garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise

Recipe Instructions

Heat broiler. On a cutting board mash garlic with salt until you have a paste. Add rosemary leaves to paste and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in mustard and mayonnaise.

Arrange fish fillets in broiler pan. Spread evenly with rosemary-mustard mayonnaise. Broil 5 inches from heat source until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
