Mackerel Fillets With Mustard-Rosemary Mayonnaise Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried rosemary leaves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
Heat broiler. On a cutting board mash garlic with salt until you have a paste. Add rosemary leaves to paste and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in mustard and mayonnaise.
Arrange fish fillets in broiler pan. Spread evenly with rosemary-mustard mayonnaise. Broil 5 inches from heat source until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
