| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onions |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green pepper |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chili powder |
| 8 oz | 227g | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 | Tomato sauce - (8 oz) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream - plus |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sour cream |
| 1 | Egg white - beaten stiff |
Place meat, onion, pepper, sauce, garlic and chili powder in skillet. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Spray 8- by 8-inch pan with Pam (or grease). Put meat mixture in pan.
Beat together cheese, sour cream and egg white and put on top of meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
This recipe yields 6 servings; 5 carb grams per serving.
