1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground sirloin |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Atkins Bake Mix |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Italian or pizza seasoning |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine sirloin, bake mix, parsley and seasoning. If necessary, add a little water to beef mixture to hold it together.
Roll into 24 balls. Place on an oiled broiling rack and bake 15 minutes. Two meatballs per serving.
