Carrots - chopped small | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Sweet red peppers in strips | ||
2 | Crushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Basil |
Sauteepeppers and carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine and toss with sauce. Optional: Add grated cheese and parsley while tossing.
