Linguine W/Mushrooms And Garlic

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozLinguine - cooked al dente
1 lb 454g / 16ozMushrooms - thinly sliced
4 cups 948mlGarlic - sliced thin
4 tablespoons 60mlButter
3 tablespoons 45mlOlive oil
  Salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions

Sauteegarlic in 1 Tblsp butter and 2 Tblsp olive oil until wilted. Add mushrooms and sauteeuntil they are beginning to dry out a bit. Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt. Season w/salt and pepper and toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients. Taste, adjust seasoning.
