2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Chopped celery |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Tuna - (12 oz) - drained, flaked | |
2 | Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz ea) | |
1 | Frozen peas - (10 oz) | |
1 | Toasted chow mein noodles - (3 oz) - see * Note |
* Note: Crushed potato chips or bread crumbs or grated Parmesan cheese can be substituted for noodles.
Combine celery, onion, tuna, mushroom soup and peas in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees until mixture is lightly browned and bubbly, 45 minutes.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
