1 | Chicken - 3 pound, cut up | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |

Pepper | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes, until tender, basting frequently.
Makes 6-8 servings.
