Orzo With Fresh Peas And Mint Pesto

1 lb 454g / 16ozOrzo pasta - cooked al dente
1/2 cup 118mlMint Pesto - (see recipe)
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozFresh peas - blanched
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
  Finely-chopped fresh parsley - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Place the orzo in a large bowl and combine with the pesto. Fold in the peas and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.
