1/2 cup | 118ml | Mint Pesto - (see recipe) |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Fresh peas - blanched |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Finely-chopped fresh parsley - for garnish |
Place the orzo in a large bowl and combine with the pesto. Fold in the peas and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.
