BBQ Buffalo Burger With Mango Ketchup And Red Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 237ml | Mesa Bbq Sauce - (see recipe) |
= (or your favorite brand) | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
8 | Rye bread | |
Mango Ketchup - (see recipe) | ||
Red Slaw - (see recipe) |
Divide the meat into fourths and shape into burgers. Brush on both sides with the bbq sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Serve on the rye bread with Mango Ketchup. Serve the Red Slaw on the side.
