Mint Sausage Patties

1 3/4 lbs 794g / 28ozGround venison
1 3/4 lbs 794g / 28ozGround pork
1 tablespoon 15mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlCayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGarlic powder
1 teaspoon 5mlCumin
1 teaspoon 5mlPoultry seasoning
1 teaspoon 5mlSage
1 teaspoon 5mlCurry powder
1 teaspoon 5mlDry mint
  = (or 5 leaves fresh mint, diced)

Recipe Instructions

Grind the venison and port together and mix well. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Form into patties, and fry until browned and cooked through.
