Mint Sausage Patties Recipe - Cooking Index
1 3/4 lbs | 794g / 28oz | Ground venison |
1 3/4 lbs | 794g / 28oz | Ground pork |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Poultry seasoning |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sage |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mint |
= (or 5 leaves fresh mint, diced) |
Grind the venison and port together and mix well. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Form into patties, and fry until browned and cooked through.
