Lemon Cream Baked Salmon Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Salmon steaks - (to 4) - abt 2 lbs total | |
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Taablespoon minced onion | |
1 | Salt | |
Chopped fresh parsley |
Arrange salmon steaks in a buttered baking dish.
Mix cream, lemon juice, onion, and salt and pour over steaks, bake uncovered 25 minutes at 400 degrees (or until fish flakes easily).
Spoon sauce over each serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
