1 | Cream of chicken soup | |
1 | Bean sprouts - drained | |
1 | Chow mein noodles - ** see note |
* (I now use ground turkey) browned with 1 chopped up onion ** (save a few for the top)
Stir all this together and bake in a casserole or cake pan at 350 for about an hour, or until bubbly. Add a salad and some muffins and you have an easy, fairy cheap meal
