Crunchy Oven-Fried Flounder

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozFlounder fillets
  = (or other lean fish fillets)
1/3 cup 78mlSour cream
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChili powder
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozFinely-crushed corn chips
2 tablespoons 30mlMargarine or butter - melted

Recipe Instructions

Move oven rack to slightly above the middle position of oven. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches. If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces; pat dry. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, and chili powder.

Dip fish into sour cream mixture; coat with chips. Place in baking dish. Pour margarine over fish.

Bake uncovered 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
