Garlic Parmesan Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Margarine |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried basil - crushed |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Garlic powder with parsley |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Seasoned salt |
8 oz | 227g | Fettuccine cooked and drained |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Broccoli florets cooked tender crisp |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Walnuts - chopped |
Melt margarine in a large skillet and add the basil, lemon juice, garlic powder and seasoned salt, blending well. Add fettuccine, broccoli and walnuts, blending well and tossing to coat fettuccine.
Serve with a fresh spinach salad.
