Marinated Chicken Kabobs Recipe - Cooking Index
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1 | Fresh ginger - (abt 1") - peeled, minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Olive oil |
2 | Boneless skinless chicken breasts - halved, and | |
Cut into 1/4" strips |
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Add the chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Thread the chicken onto metal or wooden skewers.
Grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked throughout, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve.
