Grilled Turkey With Garlic Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
You can also use this sauce to top chicken.
Type: Poultry, Turkey1/3 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Minced parsley |

1/3 cup | 78ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin |
1 | Cayenne pepper | |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Turkey breast slices - pounded 1/4" thick |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil - for brushing turkey |
In a blender, blend all sauce ingredients together.
Grill or broil the turkey breasts 6 inches from the heat source, brushing with olive oil to keep moist. Grill on each side about 4 minutes.
Top each slice with some of the sauce (about 2 to 3 tablespoons per slice).
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces with 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce.
