Grilled Catfish Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Whole catfish - dressed (medium) | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
Juice of 6 lemons | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
Heat an outside grill or set the oven to broil. Combine all ingredients except the fish in a small bowl.
Place the fish on the grill or broiler and cook for 20 minutes on each side, basting frequently with the sauce.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 fish.
