Combo Burgers

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozCombination of lean ground sirloin, lean
  Ground pork, and lean ground veal
2 tablespoons 30mlIce water
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozGround oats
1/4 cup 59mlBottled chili sauce
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - minced (small)
2 teaspoons 10mlWorcestershire sauce
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high.

Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. Grill the burgers for 10 minutes until they are crusty outside and slightly pink inside.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces.
