1 | Salmon - skin removed | |
2 oz | 56g | Herb butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh thyme |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh rosemary |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh chives |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the salmon into 1/2- to 3/4-inch wide pieces lengthwise, so that you end up with 6 long strips of salmon. Roll the pieces from the end into a tight circle. Push a toothpick through the length of the salmon rolls to keep them from unrolling in the oven.
Season the salmon rolls with the herb butter, thyme, rosemary, and chives. Place evenly on a baking sheet, and put into the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the fish is done.
