Apricot Mustard Glazed Chicken Breasts Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Honey mustard or Dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Apricot preserves |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground ginger |
4 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves - about 1 |
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
