Fusilli W/Broccoli And Garlic Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Broccoli flowerttes |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
6 cups | 1422ml | Garlic - thinly sliced |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Sauteegarlic in olive oil until JUST beginning to brown. DO NOT allow garlic to brown. At the FIRST sight of browning the garlic is finished. Any more cooking will make the garlic bitter. Add broccoli and toss to coat, then add this mixture to the hot, drained pasta and toss to mix completely. Season w/salt and pepper to taste.
