Tarragon Turkey Patty Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | 97% fat-free ground turkey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Thyme |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tarragon |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
Mix together all ingredients except the oil and flour in a small bowl. Form the turkey mixture into a 3/4-inch thick patty. Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
Dredge the turkey patty in the flour and place into the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the juices run clear when pricked with a fork. Do not overcook.
