Spicy Turkey Sausages

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 8g / 0.3ozFinely-minced cilantro
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozFinely-minced parsley
2 teaspoons 10mlFennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCumin
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround cloves
1 teaspoon 5mlCrushed red pepper flakes
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1 lb 454g / 16ozLean ground turkey
  = (your butcher can grind this for you)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or mix together very well by hand.

Let the turkey mixture chill for several hours. Then form the mixture into patties.

In a nonstick skillet, cook the patties on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until the turkey is cooked through.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 2 ounces.
