Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite wine
10   Garlic cloves - minced
1 cup 40g / 1.4ozFresh spinach leaves - stems removed,
  Torn into small pieces
1 lb 454g / 16ozCooked shell pasta

Recipe Instructions

In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and saute just until it wilts.

Toss the garlic spinach sauce with the hot shells and serve.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
