Shells Agli Olio Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | White wine | 
| 10 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Fresh spinach leaves - stems removed, | 
| Torn into small pieces | ||
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cooked shell pasta | 
In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and saute just until it wilts.
Toss the garlic spinach sauce with the hot shells and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
