1/2 cup | 118ml | Pitted Kalamata olives |
12 oz | 340g | Cooked medium shrimp - peeled, deveined |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh Italian parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh basil |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Fat-free Italian salad dressing |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
