Cheddar-Turkey Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Lean ground turkey breast |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese - (4 oz) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into 6 equal-sized patties.
Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook the patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains. Serve immediately.
