Angel Hair With Feta And Capers Recipe - Cooking Index
One of our simplest pasta preparations with a big, bold taste. If you can, buy feta cheese from a specialty cheese shop rather than your supermarket. Not only will you have many more varieties to choose from, but the feta will be less salty. Good feta has a mild salty flavor that does not overpower.

1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 | Tomato - seeded, diced (small) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced fresh oregano |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Crumbled feta cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Capers |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon zest |
4 cups | 948ml | Cooked angel-hair pasta |
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the garlic and tomato and saute for 2 minutes. Add the oregano and saute for 1 minute. Add the feta, capers, and lemon zest. Remove from heat. Toss feta mixture with the angel hair and serve.
