Grilled Burgers

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozGround sirloin
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozLean ground turkey
2 tablespoons 30mlLow-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon 5mlCrushed dried oregano
2   Scallions, white part and 1" green - chopped
6   Sesame hamburger buns - split, toasted

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, ground turkey, sour cream, oregano, and scallion. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Light the grill or preheat the broiler. Shape the beef mixture into 8 1-inch thick patties. Grill or broil 4 inches from the source of heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve on toasted buns.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
