Grilled Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index

3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Lean ground turkey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Low-fat sour cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Crushed dried oregano |
2 | Scallions, white part and 1" green - chopped | |
6 | Sesame hamburger buns - split, toasted |
In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, ground turkey, sour cream, oregano, and scallion. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Light the grill or preheat the broiler. Shape the beef mixture into 8 1-inch thick patties. Grill or broil 4 inches from the source of heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve on toasted buns.
