Velveeta Light Tuna Mac

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlWater
8 oz 227gElbow macaroni - uncooked
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozVelveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese - cut up
1   Frozen mixed vegetables - (10 oz) - thawed, drained
1   Tuna packed in water - (6 oz) - drained, flaked
2 tablespoons 30mlFat-free milk

Recipe Instructions

Bring water to boil in saucepan. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Add Velveeta, vegetables, tuna and milk. Stir until Velveeta is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.

This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
