Velveeta Light Tuna Mac Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Water |
| 8 oz | 227g | Elbow macaroni - uncooked |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Velveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese - cut up |
| 1 | Frozen mixed vegetables - (10 oz) - thawed, drained | |
| 1 | Tuna packed in water - (6 oz) - drained, flaked | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fat-free milk |
Bring water to boil in saucepan. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add Velveeta, vegetables, tuna and milk. Stir until Velveeta is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
