Velveeta Light Easy Pasta Primavera Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 711ml | Rotini - (8 oz) - uncooked |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Water |
| 1 | Frozen vegetable blend - (16 oz) | |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Velveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese - cut up |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Bring pasta and water to boil in saucepan; simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Add vegetables, Velveeta and seasonings. Stir until Velveeta is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
