Quick Italian Spinach Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
This easy side dish is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin A. Substitute 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper for roasted red pepper.

Cottage cheese 2% milkfat - (16 oz) | ||
1 | Frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) - thawed, and | |
Well drained | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Kraft low-moisture part-skim |
Mozzarella cheese | ||
4 | Eggs - beaten | |
1 | Roasted red peppers - (7 oz) - well drained, | |
And chopped | ||
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano leaves |
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1 slice.
