Orange Ginger Salmon

1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced ginger
3 tablespoons 45mlLite soy sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
1 tablespoon 15mlWhite wine
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozFresh salmon filets

Recipe Instructions

Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, and wine in a shallow pan.

Add the salmon filets and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Broil or grill the salmon until tender, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
