| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Fully-cooked low-fat turkey sausage - cut 1/4" slices | 
| 1 | Tomato sauce - (8 oz) | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground red pepper | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot pepper sauce | 
| 3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Hot cooked rice | 
| Hot pepper sauce - (optional) | 
Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add beans, sausage, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and pepper sauce. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve beans with rice and pepper sauce.
