Vegetable cooking spray - as needed | ||

1 | Campbell's Pork & Beans in Tomato Sauce - (16 oz) | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Shredded cheddar cheese - (1 oz) |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Cooked rice - cooked without salt |
6 | Flour tortillas - (8" dia) |
Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute. Add onion and cook until tender.
Add beans, salsa, cheese, and rice. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 burrito.
