Bean And Rice Burritos

Recipe Ingredients

  Vegetable cooking spray - as needed
1   Onion - chopped (medium)
1   Campbell's Pork & Beans in Tomato Sauce - (16 oz)
1/3 cup 78mlPace Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozShredded cheddar cheese - (1 oz)
1 1/2 cups 240g / 8.5ozCooked rice - cooked without salt
6   Flour tortillas - (8" dia)

Recipe Instructions

Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute. Add onion and cook until tender.

Add beans, salsa, cheese, and rice. Heat through, stirring occasionally.

Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 burrito.
